Here are the final construction pics of a 853 wild bill before sending it out for powdercoat. I know I mentioned in an earlier post that I’m not into the fancy-pants ornamental stuff, but well, check out the pics. Note the over the top laser cut stainless steel dragon on the top tube and the stainless hand filed bottle opener. These will be brushed and left unpainted. Wait ’till you see the head tube rings (pics coming as soon as powder is complete).

The other day Joe Mcmahon and a few other local riders decided to have a little trials ride down on Dallas Rd along the ocean. Here are a few pictures of us riding our trials bikes at the local beach. Joe is on the black Peyto and I am on the Green Peyto frame doing a steep roller. The pictures were taken by Erik Lyon.

On april 23rd, the first annual custom bike show n’ shine took place at Toxik Design Lab. Lots of choppers and vintage cruiser bikes. I built a mini bike frame trophy as a prize for one of the categories. I also had an old school show bike on display (the white one). Lugged columbus tubing, beautiful paint by Toxik. I will be selling off this bike (frame and fork only is an option) if anyone is interested, contact me. Size is 53.5cm square.

Here is a series of shots of a custom MTB fork being built. Looong 480mm length for 5″ suspension correction. Fillet brazed cromo unicrown blades, one piece machined steerer tube. Custom 8″ post mount disk tabs. Peyto’s signature blast/phosphate/clear powdercoat finish for that industrial look with great rust protection.
